What materials do you use? Plus

We work with titanium, tungsten, ceramic, wood, silver, and more. Each material has its own character, and we love combining them in creative ways.

Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic? Plus

Yes — metals like titanium and surgical stainless steel are safe for sensitive skin. Always check the product page for details.

Do you only make rings? Plus

Nope! Rings are where we started, but necklaces, earrings, and bracelets are joining the collection as Sandbox grows.

Sizing & Fit
How do I find my ring size? Plus

We recommend using our easy-to-use ring sizer. You can also measure an existing ring and compare it to our chart, or visit a local jewelry shop.

What ring widths do you offer? Plus

Slim bands are subtle and generally more comfortable, while wider ones make more of a statement, but can have a tighter feel. We recommend taking your size into consideration for proportionate look.

What if I order the wrong size? Plus

Don’t worry — we’ll work with you on resizing or exchange where possible, just let us know.

Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my jewelry? Plus

Most of our jewelry is made to order, so we try to ship within a week. Some designs (like ceramic and tungsten rings) may take longer, but those are always labeled.

How can I return my order? Plus

Returns are accepted on ALL products. Yes, even Sale items. However, all returns/exchange must be postmarked within 15 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards and boxes must be included with your return. Please contact us for return instructions.

How can I cancel my order? Plus

Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order, just get in touch.

What is your return policy? Plus

Timeline for returns: Your return request will be processed within 4-7 business days after we receive your item(s).If you are expecting a return payment, please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed. Durability & Care
How do I care for my jewelry? Plus

Materials like ceramic and tungsten need no upkeep. Silver and titanium may need polishing after a while, and wood should be kept away from too much water.

Can ceramic or tungsten rings break? Plus

They’re scratch-resistant but brittle — daily wear is fine, but don’t drop them on concrete or use them as hammers.

Can I shower or swim with my jewelry? Plus

Yes for titanium and tungsten, no for wood, and silver prefers dry adventures. Always check care notes on the product page.
